Subscription Plans, Wallet & AI Usage

Argrow is provided by Resimplify Pty Ltd (ABN 67 629 229 143), trading as Argrow ("we", "us", "our"). We sell access to the Argrow platform as a monthly or annual subscription. Each plan includes a monthly allowance of work and tracking, expressed in plain units (such as tracked keywords, content pieces, on-page fixes and AI-visibility scans). We do not sell, meter or bill "tokens" to you; the units below are what you are entitled to, and we manage the underlying AI and data costs ourselves.

1. The plans and what's included

We currently offer four self-serve plans. Prices are per month in Australian dollars. The "with Bring-Your-Own-AI" price is the lower price that applies automatically while you have your own AI key connected (see Section 5). Annual plans are billed once for twelve months at ten times the monthly price (two months free).

Plan allowances are monthly and per account: where you run more than one website on the same account, those sites draw from one shared monthly allowance. Allowances reset at the start of each billing period and do not roll over to the next period. Website counts are hard limits: if you need more than four sites on one account, contact us about agency pricing. A dash ("—") means the item is not included in that plan; in the app it appears as a locked feature you can unlock by upgrading.

Features, plans, inclusions and prices are described at the point of sale and in your account, and may change over time (see Section 8). Publishing titles, meta descriptions and structured data to WordPress is live. Building or rewriting whole pages in your page builder (Gutenberg, Classic, Divi, Elementor, Beaver Builder, Bricks, Oxygen, Breakdance, SiteOrigin, Brizy) and some non-WordPress connectors are offered as beta and labelled as such in the app; for a beta feature or connector an approved change may be provided for you to apply yourself rather than published automatically. Every change waits for your approval, is snapshotted before it goes live, and can be rolled back.

2. Fees, billing and taxes

Plans are billed in advance (monthly or annually) at the price for your selected plan. Prices are in Australian dollars (AUD). Resimplify Pty Ltd is not currently registered for GST, so no GST is charged on our fees. If we become registered for GST in future, prices will be treated as GST-inclusive and our tax invoices will show the GST component. We may also offer pricing in other currencies; the currency and amount shown at checkout apply to you.

You authorise us and our payment processor (Stripe) to charge your payment method for your subscription, any add-ons you choose, and each renewal, until you cancel. If a payment fails, we may retry it and, after a short grace period, suspend or downgrade your account to a limited (read-only) state until payment is brought up to date. Late or failed payment may lead to suspension. Refunds are governed by our Terms of Service (Section 8).

3. Free trial

We currently offer a 7-day free trial. A credit card is required to start it; you are charged $0 today and are not charged while the trial is active, and you may cancel any time before it ends to avoid being charged. We will send you a reminder at least 2 days before the trial converts. Unless you cancel before it ends, the trial automatically converts to a paid subscription on the plan you selected and we charge your payment method at that time. Trial access may be limited or throttled compared with a paid plan.

4. Annual plans

Annual plans are prepaid for a twelve-month term at ten times the monthly price (two months free). Fees are paid in advance and are non-refundable for change of mind; the grace period for renewals in our Terms of Service (Section 8) applies. After the grace period, annual fees are non-refundable for the remainder of the term, but you may choose not to renew, and you keep access until the end of the paid term. Your rights under the Australian Consumer Law are not affected.

5. Bring your own AI (optional)

You may optionally connect your own AI provider key (for example an Anthropic key) to your account. This is available on every plan and is free to use; when it is connected:

• Your plan's AI work runs against your own key and your own usage limits, and the AI provider bills you directly for that usage. We do not charge you for that AI usage and we do not see or control your provider invoice.
• Your AI work is not subject to our platform AI allowance or throttle (Section 6), so it can run at full speed; your provider's own limits and any spend cap you set still apply.
• Your monthly plan allowances (content pieces, on-page fixes, tracked keywords, geo-grid and so on) still apply — bringing your own AI changes who pays for and rate-limits the AI processing, not what your plan includes.
• While a valid key is connected, the lower "Bring-Your-Own-AI" price for your plan (Section 1) applies automatically. If you add or remove your key part-way through a billing period, we re-price your subscription to the corresponding rate from that point and apply a pro-rata adjustment on your next invoice.
• Your key is stored encrypted and used only to provide the Service to you. You are responsible for your AI provider account, its terms and its costs, and you may remove your key at any time.

6. AI processing — what your plan includes

On a standard (non-Bring-Your-Own-AI) plan, we provide and pay for the AI processing that produces your plan's work — the content, on-page fixes, AI-visibility scans and analysis described above. As a guide, each plan includes an approximate monthly AI-processing allowance of:

These figures are an approximate guide, not a metered charge: a "token" is the unit AI providers measure their processing in, and the figures above are indicative only. We use the most effective AI model for each task, and the models, capabilities and pricing offered by AI providers change over time and are outside our control — so how much work a given allowance covers (and the token figures above) is approximate and may change accordingly. We have sized these allowances generously — for almost all customers they comfortably cover full, normal use of the plan, with substantial headroom to spare, so in normal use you will never need to buy more. We do not bill you per AI token or per request, and there are no surprise overage charges. We will give reasonable notice of any material change to a plan's included allowance (see Section 9).

If, in an unusually heavy month, you reach your plan's included AI processing, AI-intensive work simply pauses and resumes automatically at the start of your next billing period. Your account is not suspended, and nothing extra is charged. You can resume sooner at any time by upgrading, buying a prepaid top-up (Section 7), or connecting your own AI key (Section 5) — bringing your own key removes the limit entirely, with your AI provider's usage billed to you.

7. Wallet and prepaid top-ups (for optional add-ons)

Coming soon — not yet available. We are introducing a prepaid wallet to fund optional one-off add-ons that sit outside your plan (for example, ordering link placements or citation packs). The clauses below describe how it will work; it will be switched on in your account when available, and these terms apply once it is.

• Topping up. You add funds to your wallet in advance through Stripe. The balance is held in your account currency (Australian dollars by default) and shown in your account, with a record of each top-up and each amount spent.
• Spending. When you approve a paid add-on, its price is deducted from your wallet balance at that time. We never front the cost — an add-on is only placed once your wallet holds enough to cover it. If your balance is too low, the add-on simply isn't placed until you top up; we do not let the wallet go into deficit and there are no surprise charges.
• Refunds and expiry. Prepaid wallet funds and top-ups are non-refundable and, unless we say otherwise, non-transferable once purchased, because they reserve usage and incur third-party costs (see Terms of Service §8). If an add-on you paid for cannot be delivered, we credit the amount back to your wallet. Any expiry of unused funds will be stated at the time of purchase. Your rights under the Australian Consumer Law are not affected.

8. Done-for-you service (optional add-on)

Your plan is a platform you operate yourself, with our Australian team available for support. If you would like us to do the hands-on work for you each month, you can add an optional Done-for-you retainer on top of any plan:

Done-for-you is billed on the same invoice and renewal date as your plan, is prorated when you start or change it part-way through a period, and can be changed or cancelled at any time effective at the end of the current period. As with everything on Argrow, we still only publish changes you approve. Because our team's monthly capacity is limited, a Done-for-you block may be waitlisted until a place is available; you are not charged for a block until it is active.

9. Changes to plans and pricing

We may add, change, rename or withdraw plans, inclusions, allowances, add-ons and prices over time. For changes that materially affect a plan you are on, we will give reasonable notice (for example, in-product or by email) and any price change takes effect from your next renewal. Continuing to use the Service after a change takes effect means you accept it; if you do not, you may cancel before it takes effect. Introductory, launch or founding-member offers apply on the terms stated when you take them up.

10. How this fits with our other terms

This schedule forms part of our Terms of Service and is subject to them, including the human-in-the-loop approval model (you decide what goes live), the limitation of liability, and your rights under the Australian Consumer Law, which are not excluded. Refunds are governed by our Terms of Service (Section 8), and our handling of personal information by our Privacy Policy.
