Franchise and multi-location

Every location ranks on its own street.

A brand ranks. A location either shows up when somebody two streets away searches, or it does not, and a brand-level number will never tell you which. Multi-location SEO is holding both at once, and knowing which of your locations has gone quiet while the average looked fine.

What multi-location SEO actually is

Multi-location SEO is the work of making one brand findable at every place it trades. It has three parts a single-location strategy never needs. Each location has to be measured where its own customers search, not at the brand's head office, or a strong location will hide a failing one inside an average. The business has to describe itself identically everywhere it is described, on the website, on each location's profile and in the directories that repeat both, or search engines cannot tell whether it is one business or several. And the people running each location need a way to get their own page changed without waiting in a queue behind every other location.

The problem

Four things that break the moment there is a second location.

None of these are caused by the tooling. They are what a second address does to a strategy written for one, and they get worse with the twentieth.

01

One number for many places

A brand-level ranking is an average, and an average is exactly what hides the location that has gone quiet. Measured at one point, it describes the head office and nothing else.

02

The same business, described four different ways

The website says one thing, each location profile says another, and the directories repeat whichever they were given first. Every inconsistency is a reason for an engine to treat the brand as an unresolved mess.

03

Head office is the bottleneck

One person owns the website, so every location's page waits its turn. The changes that would actually move a location are the ones that never reach the top of that list.

04

Nobody can show a location what its fee bought

Location operators pay into marketing and get a brand-level report back. Without a per-location before and after, the spend is a matter of faith on both sides.

What Argrow covers

Measured per location, published into the site you already own.

Nothing here is a franchise edition of the product. It is the local, technical and publishing work every plan already does, pointed at more than one address.

Approve before it publishes

Every change waits for someone to approve it, every page is snapshotted first, and anything published can be put back. That matters more, not less, when a change touches thirty location pages.

A map grid for each location

Rankings are checked across a grid of points around a location rather than at a single pin, so you can see the streets where it is winning and the streets where it is not. On Premium each location gets its own grid. Lower plans grid around one business centre.

One business entity, declared once

Your name, contact details and profile links are compiled into a single structured-data block written into the site's head, so every page agrees about who the brand is. Pages that declare the business twice and disagree with themselves are found and reported.

Location profiles kept accurate

Business Profile monitoring with updates drafted for you to approve, plus review monitoring and citation tracking across directories, so the details customers see stay in step with the ones on your site.

Location pages written into the site you own

Pages are researched against real search demand, drafted in full and published into your existing website, including native blocks inside the major page builders. They land on the pages that already have history, not on a separate microsite.

The whole site audited, location pages included

More than forty technical checks run across the site every two days. On a multi-location site the location pages are usually where the thin content, the duplicate titles and the broken internal links have quietly collected.

A before and after per change, per page

Every change is measured on the exact page and keyword it touched, with your sitewide trend over the same window subtracted. That is what turns one location's report into something its operator can check rather than take on trust.

What a plan covers

There is no franchise tier, and no franchise price.

Multi-location work is covered by the plans on the pricing page. Two columns decide which one fits: how many websites you run, and whether you need a separate map grid for each location.

Plan Websites Business Profile work Grid per location From
Starter 1 site Local map tracking only One business centre $99 / month
Essential 1 site Monitored, updates you approve One business centre $199 / month
Growth Up to 2 sites Monitored, updates you approve One business centre $499 / month
Premium Up to 4 sites Monitored, updates you approve Each location, its own grid $899 / month

Need more than 4 sites? Add extra sites to any plan as a one-time purchase, or join the free Agency programme to run clients under your own brand. Talk to us about a portfolio.

Prices follow the currency switcher and are the same ones on the pricing page. Nothing on this page is priced separately.

Where the edges are

Three things worth knowing before you buy.

A page selling multi-location work that never mentions a limit is selling the idea rather than the product. These are the three that actually decide whether we fit.

Plans cover up to four websites

If every location runs its own domain, four is the ceiling a plan reaches. A brand with a large portfolio of separate sites is quoted directly rather than squeezed into a plan that does not fit. Many franchise brands run one domain with a page per location, which is a single site.

Multi-location grids are a Premium capability

Every plan tracks the local map. Running a separate grid at more than one location is the top plan, so a brand that needs per-location grids should read the Premium column and not the entry one.

Team roles are account-wide, not per location

You can invite your team and give each person a role, and there is no per-seat charge for doing it. What the roles do not yet do is limit someone to their own location. If separating each operator's access matters more than sharing one dashboard, that is worth raising before you buy.

Questions

Multi-location, answered.

Is there a franchise plan?

No, and there is no franchise price. Multi-location work is covered by the same four plans everyone else buys, and what changes between them is how many sites you can run and whether you can grid more than one location. Anything beyond four sites is quoted directly rather than sold from a page.

How many locations can Argrow handle?

Locations and websites are different units, and the plan limit counts websites. One brand domain with a page for each location is one site, however many locations it carries. If each location runs its own separate website, plans cover up to four of them and larger portfolios are quoted directly.

Can you track each location separately?

On the Premium plan each location gets its own map grid, so you see how far each one's visibility actually reaches instead of a single brand-level position. Lower plans track the local map around one business centre.

Can each location manager have their own login?

Yes. You can invite team members onto the account and give each of them a role, and it is not a per-seat licence, so adding people does not change the price. The roles apply across the account rather than being limited to one location, so a location manager sees the whole account rather than only their own page.

Do you fix our location pages or just report on them?

Both. Issues are found and the fix is drafted, and approved pages are published into your existing website, including native blocks inside the major page builders. Nothing goes live until you approve it, every page is snapshotted first, and published changes can be rolled back.

What about our Google Business Profiles?

Profile updates are drafted for you to approve rather than pushed automatically, reviews are pulled into one place, and citations are tracked across directories so a location's details stay consistent wherever they are repeated.

Is this the same as an agency arrangement?

No. A subscription is per account and covers one business, so a brand running its own locations is a single account no matter how many locations it has. A company managing search for other companies is a different arrangement, and each of those companies needs an account of its own.
